                                内蒙古黄河流域生态环境质量状况评价

                    摘要:对2016年以来内蒙古黄河流域生态环境质量监测数据进行统计分析,归纳变化规律。结

                    果表明:“十三五”期间内蒙古黄河流域地表水水质明显好转,水功能区水质持续改善,集中式饮
                    用水水源地水质保持稳定,地下水考核点位水质总体稳定;城市环境空气质量明显好转,沙尘天
                    气明显减少;土壤环境质量总体较好;生态质量等级为较差;声环境质量总体较好。2021年,地
                    表水水质、饮用水水源地取水量达标率和地下水整体水质较“十三五”期间有所下降,流域自然

                    生态质量保持稳定。总的来讲,“十三五”期间内蒙古黄河流域生态环境质量得到全面改善。
                    2021年部分环境质量较“十三五”期间有所下降,呈现出流域污染防治攻坚战成效不稳固现象,
                    流域生态环境保护与污染防治工作仍然任重而道远。

                  Abstract:In order to understand the eco-environmental quality of the Yellow River basin in Inner Mongolia dur⁃
              ing the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the monitoring data of eco-
              environmental quality in the region since 2016 was statistically analyzed, the law of changes were induced according⁃
              ly. The results show that the surface water quality of the Yellow River basin in Inner Mongolia has been improved sig⁃
              nificantly during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The water quality of the water function area has been continuously
              improved, and the water quality of the centralized drinking water source has been kept stable, the water quality of
              groundwater assessment sites was generally stable. The air quality of urban environment was significantly improved,
              and sand-dust weather was significantly reduced. The soil environment quality and the sound environment quality
              were generally good, while the ecological quality was poor. In the 2021, surface water quality, drinking water compli⁃
