摘要：结合2012-2020年统计数据，构建STIRPAT模型对安徽省生活垃圾产生量的影响因素进行
实证分析，结果发现人口总量，城镇化人口比重、人口老龄化、人均GDP和地区生产总值耗能对
生活垃圾产生量均产生显著影响。最后从加强环境立法、完善基础设施建设和引导全民参与三

个方面提出政策建议。

Abstract:Based on the statistical data from 2012 to 2020, STIRPAT model was constructed to conduct an empiri⁃
cal analysis on the influencing factors of municipal solid waste in Anhui Province. The results showed that total popu⁃
lation, proportion of urbanization population, population aging, per capita GDP and regional GDP energy consumption
all had significant impacts on the production of municipal solid waste. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward
from three aspects: strengthening environmental legislation, perfecting infrastructure construction and guiding the par⁃
ticipation of the whole people.
