摘要：概述了《河湖健康评估技术导则》构建的评价体系，并以济南市为例，对市内4处主要河湖
进行了健康评价。结果显示：2020年，黄河（济南段）、徒骇河（济南段）、大明湖为健康等级，小清

河（济南段）为亚健康等级。4处主要河湖的评估得分黄河（74.6）＞大明湖（74.3）＞徒骇河（64.9）
＞小清河（59.0）。水资源开发利用率高、生态流量满足程度低、河道内存在影响纵向连通的设
施、生物种类和数量偏少是影响河湖健康的主要原因。评价结果对济南市水污染治理和水环境

监管工作具有科学指导意义。

The investigation and evaluation on health of main rivers and lakes in Ji'nan

Abstract:This article summarized the evaluation index system constructed in the guidelines for river and lake
health evaluation,and taken Jinan as an example to evaluate the health of water. The results showed the Yellow River
and Tuhai River were "healthy" and Xiaoqing River was "sub-healthy" during 2020.Daming Lake was "healthy" too.
The assessment scores were Yellow River (74.6) > Daming Lake (74.3) > Tuhai River (64.9) > Xiaoqing River (59.0).
The high utilization rate of water resources, the low degree of ecological flow satisfaction, the existence of facilities
that affect the vertical connection in the river course, and the low biological species and quantity were the main rea⁃

sons that affected the health of rivers and lakes.The evaluation results had scientific guiding significance for Jinan wa⁃
ter environment governance.
