                    公路(道路)环境影响评价交通运输噪声交通量的换算分析

                    摘要:公路(道路)环境影响评价,无法像公路可行性研究报告中采用的OD调查及“四阶段法”对环

                    评所需特征年交通量进行重新预测。本文以某地区公路项目为例,根据公路工程可行性研究报告
                    提供的相对交通量,结合车型比、日昼比及车辆折算系数等相关参数,按照一定的方法和公式,换
                    算出公路环境影响评价交通运输噪声预测所需要的绝对交通量,为从事环境影响评价等相关工作

                    的人员提供有力的帮助。

                  Abstract:The impact assessment of highway (road) environment cannot re-predict the characteristic annual traf⁃
              fic volume required for EIA through the methods of OD survey and "four-stage method" in the highway feasibility
              study report. In this study, a highway project was acted as an example, the relative traffic volume of highway engineer⁃
              ing, combined with the relevant parameters such as vehicle type ratio, day/day ratio and vehicle conversion coefficient
              were investigated. Based on the certain methods and formulas, the absolute traffic volume needed to predict the traffic
              noise of highway environmental impact assessment was converted. This study will provide effective assistance to per⁃
              sonnel engaged in environmental impact assessment and other related work.
